Privacy Policy

This policy explains how ArtistAlleyManager.com handles beta user data, including the TableReady Forecast beta feature. It is written for the current private beta and should be reviewed before a broader public launch.

What we collect

We collect the information needed to run the beta: account email, authentication data, profile fields, workspace membership, convention plans, product and variant records, inventory movement history, packing lists, forecast data, messages, community activity, moderation reports, and support requests you choose to send.

If you enable optional integrations, we may store connection settings or encrypted credentials for that integration. Etsy and Shopify provider completion is currently deferred for private beta, so those integrations should not be treated as fully launched unless a later release says otherwise.

How we use it

We use your data to provide the app, keep workspaces private, generate convention and inventory workflows, protect the service from abuse, respond to support issues, and learn whether the beta helps artists make better packing decisions.

Forecasts and planning records can include private business context such as stock levels, revenue, costs, product notes, and event strategy. They are treated as private workspace data and are not shown on public profiles.

What can be public

Public profile fields are off by default and only show fields you explicitly mark as public. Inventory, revenue, convention plans, private messages, store data, forecast records, and workspace data are not part of the public profile.

Community posts, comments, and reports may be visible to other users or moderators according to the surface where you submit them.

Service providers

We use infrastructure providers to host the app, store the database, send optional emails, and operate the beta. These providers process data only as needed to support the service.

Error tracking, analytics, email delivery, Discord, realtime, Etsy, and Shopify services should remain disabled unless the beta release specifically enables and documents them.

Your controls

Inside the app, the privacy settings page lets you review what is public and request a data export. You can also ask through the beta support channel for account help or deletion review.

Do not send secrets, API keys, or passwords through support messages. Production secrets belong only in the hosting provider settings.

Beta status

ArtistAlleyManager includes TableReady Forecast as a free limited beta feature. Customer pricing is under review, and the app does not currently include billing or payment collection.

If that changes, the product will present updated terms before collecting payment information.
