Terms of Use
These terms cover the current beta for ArtistAlleyManager.com, including the TableReady Forecast beta feature. They are intended as practical product terms and should be reviewed before a broader public launch.
Limited beta access
ArtistAlleyManager includes TableReady Forecast as a free limited beta feature. Customer pricing is under review, and the current app does not collect payment information or operate paid subscriptions.
Beta access may be invite-only, changed, paused, or ended while the product is being tested. If future paid access is introduced, updated terms will be shown before any payment information is collected.
Your account
You are responsible for using a real email address, protecting your password, and keeping your workspace access limited to people who should see your private business data.
Do not use the service to attack, scrape, spam, harass, impersonate, or interfere with other users, moderators, infrastructure, or beta operations.
Your content and business data
You keep ownership of the product records, convention plans, inventory data, messages, profile details, and forecast inputs you add to the app.
You give the service permission to process that data only as needed to run the app, display your workspace, generate beta workflows, secure the product, support you, and improve the beta.
Forecasts are planning aids
Forecasts, readiness checks, confidence labels, and restock suggestions are planning tools, not guarantees. You decide what to make, buy, bring, skip, or sell.
The product is not legal, tax, financial, accounting, or inventory insurance advice. Review recommendations against your own context before acting on them.
Integrations and deferred features
Optional email, Discord, realtime, analytics, error tracking, Etsy, and Shopify paths may be disabled or incomplete during beta unless a release explicitly enables them.
Etsy and Shopify provider completion is currently a private-beta hold. Do not rely on those provider workflows as production-complete until the hold is removed in a later release.
Changes and support
Because this is beta software, features, limits, workflows, and data requirements can change. Material changes to beta access or customer billing will be communicated before they apply.
Use the support channel provided with your beta invitation for account, export, deletion, or bug reports. Do not send passwords, API keys, or production secrets through support.
